Hydrosil Heavy Duty Reinforcement Roll 100mm x 100m

Preparation
For use with Hydrosil Seam Sealer and Detailer – follow Hydrosil application guide for preparation
guide.

Application Instructions:

1. Blisters/Splits: Large splits/blisters are required to be repaired use HydroSil Heavy Duty
Reinforcement roll fabric with HydroSil Seam Sealer and Detailer Seam Sealer at 1.5 ‐ 2
mm thick in a three‐course fashion and spread to 5 cm to 10 cm beyond the splits/blister’s
areas.
2. Membrane Repair: Thoroughly inspect the roof substrates for defects (holes and
openings). For repairs over 3 mm wide, use HydroSil Heavy Duty Reinforcement roll fabric
with HydroSil Seam Sealer and Detailer Seam Sealer at 1.5 cm thick in a three‐course
fashion and spread to 5 cm to 10 cm beyond the repaired areas.

Cleanup
Hydrosil Reinforcement Roll is a dry fabric and as such only picking up of pieces and left‐over
material is needed.

Limitations
 Use gloves and other protective clothing when working with this material.
 It is the user’s responsibility to ensure suitability for use.
